This 3 bedroom/ 3 bath townhouse has all the extras you could ask for and more. The 2 downstairs master bedrooms have the finest in bedding...a king tempurpedic mattress in one room, a top of the line Sealy back support pillowtop mattress in the 2nd. Both have a flat screen tv.. One ensuite bath is equipped with a glass box shower, the other has a jetted tub. Upstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom, with a comfortable sleeper sofa. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful koa wood cabinets and granite countertops. The living room is beautiful, with with designer furniture, a 3rd flat screen tv, dvd and incredible views of the mountains and waterfalls. The sliding glass doors lead you outside to the upstairs lanai...use one of the cordless phones to call home and let them know you are sitting outside enjoying the views and relaxing with a cool tropical drink! Or email them using our highspeed WIFI. The fans throughout the house will keep you comfortable. Time to go to the beach...please use our beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The pool and hot tub in this gated community are located just across the parking lot. Tennis or golf in your plans? We are located on the Makai Course, with the clubhouse just across the street from the entrance. Time to do the laundry? We have a new full sized high efficiency washer and dryer to make it easy! Parking in the garage is required, with additional parking for a 2nd car or a guest in the lot outside the condo.
